Best Cleveland Park Nail Salon?
It seems like every couple of months an empty Connecticut Ave. storefront is filled with a new nail salon. (In fact, we recently suggested seven businesses we’d like to see open in Cleveland Park, in case anyone was out of ideas and tempted to open up another nail salon.) But even with four options in a two-block strip, I’m still not sure I’ve found my favorite. Maybe that’s because two (Toe Tally and Cleveland Park Day Spa) have the same owner.
