Here’s a look at 3111 Macomb St NW, on the market for $1.83 million. This property was just sold in December 2009 for $1.77 million. The colonial is massive, over 4,100 square feet and seven bedrooms … it also includes 3.5 baths.

Oldest House in DC for Sale in Cleveland Park
The Rosedale Farmhouse is now for sale in Cleveland Park. You’ve likely noticed this Newark St. property many times during your travels through Cleveland Park. As many of you know, the grounds are public as part of the Rosedale Conservatory.
This estate has a number of amazing features and status as a National Historic Landmark. I love the idea of doing laps in this amazing pool with the stunning view of the National Cathedral.
I also think that the owners did an amazing job balancing 18th century features and beautiful renovations. You are seeing 1 of 10 fireplaces below.
