Library Book Sale Tomorrow
The Cleveland Park library will hold a book sale tomorrow, June 23, from 10am to 4pm. We’re excited about this sale because it’s a special sidewalk sale. It’s looking to be a little cooler on Saturday with less humidity so it should be a good morning to get out and enjoy the sale and farmer’s market. Now’s a great time to stock up on your summer reading and the sale promises a “great selection of books, including books on tape & CD, for your vacation pleasure.”
Missing the sale? Stop by the book store (in the library near the circulation desk).

Proceeds benefit the local branch and system wide programming.
Cleveland Park Library Book Sale
Bibliophiles rejoice! The postponed holiday book sale at the Cleveland Park library is on for this Saturday, February 11 from 10-4. According to the Friends of the library, the entire inventory will be on sale. This is a great opportunity not only to pick-up some cheap winter reading, but also to support your local library. There is no early opening for friends members, which means the general public will enjoy a less picked over collection of books.
This event and many others can be found on our Cleveland Park Events page.
Note: you can double your book sale fun this weekend by heading up Connecticut Ave to the annual sale at the Chevy Chase library.
